01 A hidden world
La Belle Vie is a little hidden world tucked away in the picturesque mountains of Naukuchiatal, in the Nainital district.
Here, the Deodar trees whisper in the wind, birdsong fills the air, wildflowers bloom quietly, and the warm, gentle spirit of the pahadi people makes you feel at home.

02 The story of the house
A labour of love, built slowly and thoughtfully — as though nature itself had drawn the blueprint.
Every corner has been created with a sense of warmth, simplicity and soul, without taking away any of the comforts that make a stay truly special.

Pitched timber ceilings and branch-wood railings that wrap the lofts.

Reclaimed wood and stone come together in harmony.

Earthy, organic interiors that bring the outside in.

06 Experience
The forests, the lake, the birds, the quiet mornings, the fireside evenings — and the simple joy of doing nothing at all.

The day begins softly. Birdsong fills the air, light pours through the windows, and the house is still.

Step out through the garden gate into fresh mountain air, where the Deodar trees whisper in the wind.

Wrought-iron chairs on the stone terrace, flowers all around and nowhere you need to be.

As the air turns cool, the evening gathers around the fire — glasses raised, stories told.

The house glows softly among the trees, and a lantern at the gate guides you home.
